Child and Personnel Protection Video & Form
If you serve in any ministry involving children or students (anyone under 18), you are required to watch one of the following 15-minute Child & Personnel Protection video sessions and sign the annual release form. The video will be offered Sunday, August 16, 2026, at the end of the morning worship service in EBC Room 109 and afterwards on Sunday, August 30, at 12:10 AM in Room 109. Thank you for helping us provide a safe and secure environment for the children and students God has entrusted to our care.
All 2026-2027 EBC Children’s Ministry volunteers must have in EBC’s file the Child & Personnel Protection (CPP) record form to minister to children under 18 years of age: REQUIREMENTS >
- VIEWED the Child Personal Protection (CPP) video;
- SIGNED COPY of the annual release FORM submitted to EBC offfice.
Child and Personnel Protection 2026-2027
The annual Child and Personnel Protection (CPP) FORM will be distributed on Sunday, 8/02/2026. See Pastor Matthew Carnagua for additional information / instructions to complete certification by SEPTEMBER 13, 2026.
