The Admonishment / Garden of Gethsemane – ’30 After singing a hymn, they went out to the Mount of Olives. 31 Then Jesus *said to them, “You will all fall away because of Me this night, for it is written, ‘I will strike down the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock shall be scattered.’  32 But after I have been raised, I will go ahead of you to Galilee.”  33 But Peter said to Him, “Even though all may fall away because of You, I will never fall away.” 34 Jesus said to him, “Truly I say to you that this very night, before a rooster crows, you will deny Me three times.”  35 Peter *said to Him, “Even if I have to die with You, I will not deny You.” All the disciples said the same thing too.’ – The Garden of Gethsemane – ’36 Then Jesus *came with them to a place called Gethsemane, and *said to His disciples, “Sit here while I go over there and pray.”  Matthew 26:31-36 NASB

Verse – Isaiah 42:3 “…He will bring forth justice;”…
God’s Word instructs us to do ten (10) things to develop the kind of blessed assurance and confidence NO circumstance or situation can steal away:
Stay Calm (John 14:1-3); Stay Compassionate (1 Peter 3:18); Stay Constructive (John 13:35); Stay Challenged (2 Peter 3:14); Stay Connected (Hebrews 10:24-25); Stay Centered (Colossians 3:1-4); Stay Confident (2 Timothy 4:1-2); Stay Consistent (1 John 2:28); Stay Committed (James 5:7-8); Stay Convinced (Romans 13:11-14).
As you can see from this list, “stay doesn’t mean to sit around helplessly, worrying, waiting without acting. In Scripture, we find that God uses “stay” to mean just the opposite: “Go. I’ve told you to do something. Keep doing it! Stay strong. Stay the course.”
